PoolsAboveGround.com offers FREE shipping on all pool packages and kit orders in the 48 contiguous states. PoolsAboveGround.com will deliver the merchandise to your curbside. When the product arrives inspect all items for shortage damage. PoolsAboveGround.com is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Any damaged items or shortages are the responsibility of the carrier. If not reported there can be no claim on shipping damage or shortages.

All shipping costs are estimated when you order, if they are different from your online order you will be notified via email of the actual cost. PoolsAboveGround.com will not be responsible for costs accrued because of shipping company problems. Certain large or bulky items (such as swimming pools, pool liners, pool steps & ladders, filter systems, pool heaters, slides & diving boards, solar blankets & reels, safety covers, etc.) the carrier may have an oversize shipping charge added to your purchase. Any additional charges would vary depending on the size and weight of the items.

Additional charges will apply for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All shipping times are approximate. Any differences in fees will be charged to your credit card. Any disputes should be handled with your carrier directly.

To get the proper freight rate we require the exact delivery address, in full to be included with your order and a quote will be made to the email you provide.
